Working together to put collaboration into action

Our Partners

In the spirit of the vision to create meaningful impact that improves the lives of Canadians, the Foundation supports projects that promotes innovative scientific discovery, that mitigates climate change and protects the environment, enhances education and improves patient and health care.

The Foundation has two mandates, to support research and patient care in pediatric/young adult leukemia/lymphoma; and, to support intercultural dialogue between the cultural/ethnic communities of Montreal through theatre and literature events that address this issue.

The Greater Montreal Climate Fund is a climate organisation that invests and develops programs to accelerate the scaling up of low-carbon solutions in the Greater Montreal area. It is a part of Low Carbon Cities Canada, a partnership between seven local centres and the Federation of Canadian Municipalities. LC3 helps city regions reach their full emissions reduction potential while also unlocking co-benefits for local communities.

With $28.2 billion in assets plus assets under administration, Vancity is Canada's largest community credit union. Vancity uses its assets to help improve the financial well-being of its members while at the same time helping to develop healthy communities that are socially, economically and environmentally sustainable.

Philanthropic Foundations Canada supports their members and organized philanthropy by encouraging public policies that sustain the sector, by increasing awareness of philanthropy’s contribution to the well-being of Canadians, and by providing opportunities for funders to learn from each other.

The Partnership is an independent initiative, which brings together economic, community, philanthropic and institutional organizations recognized for their level of commitment to the climate issue and their capacity to influence. The project is ambitious: to mobilize the key players in the Montréal community to help reduce GHG emissions by 55% by 2030 and put the city on the path to carbon neutrality by 2050.
